Because people reveal themselves over time, and at their own pace, we may not know on day one which approach will be the best fit, and I don’t rush that process.
You won’t be pushed into a specific modality or expected to fit into a framework that doesn’t feel right. I pay attention to how you show up, what you’re carrying, and what you actually need, and we let the work take shape from there.
