My presentations are engaging, interactive, and grounded in both clinical knowledge and real-world experience. I don't believe in talking at people; I want people to recognize themselves in the conversation, think differently about what they have experienced, and leave with something they can actually use.
Whether I am delivering a keynote, facilitating a workshop, or working with a smaller group, my goal is to take complex ideas about mental health, trauma, resilience, relationships, and human behavior and make them accessible, practical, and real.
